Riwayat keluarga saya, bapak kena DM (diabetes melitus). Rutinitas harian saya, perjalanan ke kantor pulang pergi sekitar 2jam setiap hari. Pertanyaan saya, bagaimana pola makan yang sesuai dengan aktifitas saya? Karena saya juga seorang radiografer.<\/p>\n<p>gun.****@gmail.com<\/p>\n<h3>Jawab:<\/h3>\n<p>Hai Pak Gun,<\/p>\n<p>Kalau Melihat dari data berat badan dan tinggi badan Anda, maka indeks massa tubuh (IMT) Anda 23.88 kg\/m<sup>2<\/sup>. Batas normal IMT untuk orang Asia berdasarkan WHO adalah 18.5-22.9 kg\/m<sup>2<\/sup>, jadi saat ini Anda masuk dalam kategori berat badan sedikit berlebih. Ada baiknya jika Anda bisa\u00a0 menurunkan berat badan sekitar 2.5 kg. Tapi perlu diingat, penurunan yang baik adalah penurunan lemak tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk mengetahui dengan pasti data persentase lemak tubuh Anda, apakah masih berada di dalam batas normal atau lebih, sebaiknya Anda berkonsultasi dengan dokter spesialis Gizi Klinik di dekat tempat tinggal Anda. Bila masih di atas normal, sebaiknya turunkanlah berat lemak tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Penurunan lemak tubuh, terutama lemak sekitar organ Akan menurunkan resiko terkena berbagai penyakit seperti diabetes, sakit jantung, hipertensi dan lain-lain. Dari segi makanan, sebaiknya Anda menurunkan asupan makanan Anda dibantu dengan Olah raga teratur sekitar 30 menit sampai 1 jam , sebanyak 3-5 Kali dalam seminggu.<\/p>\n<p>Makanan sebaiknya tetap bergizi lengkap dan seimbang, hanya kalorinya di turunkan sekitar 500 kalori dari kebutuhan kalori Anda dalam sehari. Untuk mengetahui kebutuhan kalori Anda, sebaiknya Anda berkonsultasi dengan dokter spesialis Gizi klinik yang ada di dekat tempat tinggal Anda.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk\u00a0 sumber karbohidrat sebaiknya pilihlah karbohidrat kompleks seperti: nasi merah, roti gandum, havermut, dll. Serta hindari juga makanan dan minuman yang mengandung gula, dan makanan tinggi lemak seperti makanan yang digoreng. Tingkatkan konsumsi sayur dan buah sebanyak 3-5 kali dalam sehari.<\/p>\n<h3>Contoh menu makanan harian dengan riwayat diabetes melitus:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Pagi: havermut dan pisang + susu <em>low fat<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Snack jam 10.00: buah<\/li>\n<li>Siang: nasi merah + dada ayam panggang + pepes tahu + tumis sayuran + buah<\/li>\n<li>Snack jam 15.00: buah<\/li>\n<li>Malam: nasi merah + tim ikan + tumis tempe dan sayuran + buah<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dengan makan makanan yang sehat dengan gizi seimbang serta olah raga teratur, akan mengurangi risiko penyakit diabetes, jantung, dan lainnya.
