Perayaan Hari Olahraga Nasional diadakan sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadap pendidikan dan semangat olahraga di masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>Awal kemunculan Haornas tidak terlepas dari terselenggaranya Pekan Olahraga Nasional I pada 9-12 September 1948 di Solo. Saat itu, Indonesia tidak bisa mengikuti <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ruparupa.com\/blog\/ide-lomba-17-agustus-yang-seru\/\"><strong>lomba<\/strong><\/a> olahraga dunia di Inggris karena belum mendapatkan pengakuan atas kedaulatannya.<\/p>\n<p>Inilah yang membuat Indonesia mengadakan kompetisi olahraganya sendiri yang diberi nama sebagai Pekan Olahraga Nasional.<\/p>\n<p>Nah, tanggal 9 September 1948 yang menjadi ajang pembukaan acara tersebut pun ditetapkan sebagai Hari Olahraga Nasional setiap tahunnya. Sampai saat ini, Pekan Olahraga Nasional di Indonesia sudah diadakan sebanyak 19 kali.<\/p>\n<p>Mengingat semangat olahraga pada saat itu, tentu kita juga perlu sadar akan pentingnya olahraga.
