Sehingga tidak mengherankan jika angka timbangan terus naik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menurut <em>Healthline,<\/em> bergerak akan membuat otot melepaskan molekul termasuk lipoprotein lipase, yang membantu memproses lemak dan gula yang kamu konsumsi. Umumnya varises tidak berbahaya, tapi membuat tampilan kaki menjadi kurang indah karena timbul seperti urat yang menonjol pada kulit. Misalnya timbul cekungan, ukuran mengecil atau bentuk tidak simetris. Padahal selama ini diketahui penyakit ini terjadi karena kolesterol yang tinggi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Healthline<\/em> mengungkapkan kalau duduk yang terlalu lama, bisa membahayakan kondisi jantung. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Terbukti dari penelitian kepada sekumpulan pria yang menghabiskan lebih dari 23 jam duduk perminggu untuk menonton televisi memiliki 64% resiko meninggal lebih besar, akibat penyakit kardiovaskular dibandingkan pria yang duduk selama 11 jam per minggu<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bahkan orang yang duduk terlalu lama memiliki 147% resiko lebih tinggi mengalami stroke dan serangan jantung. Merupakan jenis penyakit <em>cumulative trauma disorders<\/em> yang menyebabkan jari tangan mengalami sensasi mati rasa, nyeri hingga kesemutan bagian jari tengah, ibu jari maupun telunjuk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gejala ini kerap dialami oleh pekerja yang beraktivitas seharian dan menghabiskan waktu untuk duduk dalam waktu yang lama. Terutama bagi mereka yang menggerakkan tangan secara intens pada mouse dan keyboard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Awalnya\u00a0 penderita akan merasakan nyeri dan lemas pada tangan, akibat tekanan pada saraf median.
