Taruh adonan galantin di atasnya, pipihkan, letakan sosis pada bagian tengah.<\/li><li>Gulung galantin dengan aluminium foil secara perlahan hingga membentuk lenjer seperti lontong.<\/li><li>Kukus selama 30-45 menit. Setelah sudah dingin potong-potong galantin sesuai selera<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bahan Sup &amp; Pelengkap<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4500 cc air<\/li><li>500 gr fillet dada ayam, biarkan utuh<\/li><li>10 siung bawang putih, geprak<\/li><li>3 siung bawang bombay, iris besar<\/li><li>2 sdt lada halus<\/li><li>1 biji pala, geprak<\/li><li>Garam, gula, kaldu bubuk<\/li><li>Minyak untuk menumis<\/li><li>Sayuran dan pelengkap:<\/li><li>3 buah wortel, potong, rebus<\/li><li>20 sdm kacang polong, rebus<\/li><li>150 gr jamur putih kering, rebus, potong<\/li><li>200 gram kapri, rebus<\/li><li>Bawang merah goreng<\/li><li>Irisan daun bawang .<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cara membuat sup galantin:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga beraroma harum. <\/li><li>Masukan dada fillet dalam air mendidih selama 10 menit, lalu tiriskan <\/li><li>Didihkan 4500 cc air, masukkan dada fillet tadi. <\/li><li>Rebus selama kurang lebih  1 jam dengan api kecil, tunggu hingga sarinya keluar dengan sempurna. <\/li><li>Tambahkan tumisan bumbu, kemudian masukan bumbu lainnya ke dalam rebusan air. Tunggu  sekitar 10 menit saja.<\/li><li>Cicipi kaldu dan koreksi rasa, matikan api. Dinginkan lalu saring hingga tersisa kaldu beningnya<\/li><li>Setelah semua siap masukan potongan daging ke dalam mangkuk , dan siram dengan kuah. class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1\/2 daging ayam giling<\/li><li>1\/2 daging sapi giling<\/li><li>3 lbr roti tawar, potong kotak kecil, rendam dengan 1\/2 gelas susu cair<\/li><li>1\/2 kaleng pork luncheon\/maling<\/li><li>Garam, merica, pala<\/li><li>2 putih telur buat lapisan<\/li><li>Tepung panir buat lapisan<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cara membuat galantin:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Blender halus jadi satu daging sapi\/chicken luncheon dan roti tawar, kemudian masukkan dalam satu wadah bersama daging ayam\/daging sapi giling dan  bumbu, ratakan<\/li><li>.Ratakan daging di atas kertas roti, gulung menyerupai bentuk lontong kukus 30 menit, angkat dinginkan<\/li><li>Masukkan adonan dalam putih telur, gulingkan ke
