Namun agar rasanya semakin sempurna kamu memerlukan beberapa persiapan bumbu sate sapi yang tepat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bumbu sate sapi sebelum dibakar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebelum diolesi bumbu pastikan untuk melakukan langkah-langkah berikut ini:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Potong daging sesuai selera, tanpa melewati proses pencucian terlebih dahulu<\/li><li>Bungkus daging dengan daun pepaya, atau daun jati selama 2- 3 jam, agar daging empuk<\/li><li>lumuri dengan bahan-bahan halus seperti<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul merah<\/li><li>3 siung bawang putih<\/li><li>5 buah cabai merah<\/li><li>Kemiri<\/li><li>2 bulatan gula merah\/aren<\/li><li>Air secukupnya<\/li><li>Garam<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cara membuat:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pertama-tama buat bumbu ungkep terlebih dahulu dengan menghaluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, kemiri, kunyit dan ketumbar.<\/li><li>Campurkan gula aren, air asam jawa ke dalam bumbu, aduk hingga rata, lalu tambahkan garam dan kecap manis, aduk hingga rata.<\/li><li>Celupkan daging pada bumbu halus yang ada, lalu biarkan selama kurang lebih 15 menit agar bumbu meresap.<\/li><li>Setelah beberapa saat, tusuk daging dengan tusukan sampai habis.<\/li><li>Bakar sate sambil mengolesi sisa bumbu ungkep<\/li><li>Tunggu hingga matang sempurna, angkat.<\/li><li>Untuk membuat bumbu kacang, haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, kemiri, cabai dan kacang tanah goreng.<\/li><li>Setelah bumbu siap tercampur rata. (Jika lebih dari waktu ini, maka daging akan sangat empuk dan hancur setelah matang)<\/li><li>Sangrai kelapa parut sampai matang<\/li><li>Tumis bumbu halus daun jeruk lengkuas sampai matang.
