Menurut WHO, hal pertama yang dapat kita lakukan adalah sesering mungkin mencuci tangan selama 20-30 detik.<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut, mengutip saran dr. Joyce Bratanata, Sp. PD, KPTI \u2013 Dokter Spesialis Penyakit Dalam di MRCCC Siloam Hospital Semanggi, setidaknya ada tiga hal yang dapat Anda lakukan untuk menunjang hidup sehat pada saat tanggap darurat seperti saat ini. Olahraga untuk menjaga stamina, istirahat cukup, dan makan makanan yang sehat dan bergizi agar imunitas terjaga.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Yuk biasakan mencuci tangan setelah melakukan kegiatan harian di tempat yang banyak dihuni oleh kuman dan bakteri:<br \/>\n&#8211; Setelah menggunakan toilet atau bahkan sekedar membantu anak dan orangtua menggunakan toilet<br \/>\n&#8211; Sebelum dan setelah mengganti popok bayi<br \/>\n&#8211; Sebelum dan sesudah makan<br \/>\n&#8211; Setelah membuang sampah<br \/>\n&#8211; Setelah menyentuh hewan peliharaan<br \/>\n&#8211; Ketika tangan terlihat kotor<\/p>\n<p>Terlebih lagi dalam upaya mencegah COVID-19, jangan lupa tambahkan rutin cuci tangan pada saat-saat berikut:<br \/>\n&#8211; Setelah bersin, membuang ingus, dan batuk<br \/>\n&#8211; Sebelum dan saat merawat orang sakit<br \/>\n&#8211; Mengendarai kendaraan umum<br \/>\n&#8211; Mengunjungi area umum, pasar, atau tempat ibadah<br \/>\n&#8211; Menyentuh barang-barang di tempat umum, termasuk uang kertas<\/p>\n<p><strong>Patut Anda ingat, cuci tangan dengan air hangat atau dingin sama-sama efektif membunuh virus, asalkan Anda menggunakan sabun selama 20-30 detik.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>2. Mulai dari obat yang masih dalam tahap uji coba, jumlah pasien yang terus bertambah (Belum lagi jika diketahui <em>cluster<\/em> berada dekat dengan tempat tinggal kita), beberapa pusat perbelanjaan yang sudah tutup, dan masih banyak lagi. Awas! <em>Stress<\/em> berkepanjangan menjadi penyebab menurunnya kekebalan tubuh. Pada tahap akut, malah membuat seseorang mudah terserang penyakit.<\/p>\n<p>Ayo mulai hidup sehat dengan kelola <em>stress<\/em> demi tetap semangat berjuang melawan COVID-19. Banyak yang sudah membuktikan bahwa <em>social media distancing<\/em> sangat bermanfaat untuk membuat pikiran lebih rileks dan menghindari ketakutan yang berlebihan.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\"><p>Virus ini menyerang hati dan jiwa, sebelum pernapasan dan paru-paru.
