Dalam satu butir telur mengandung bermacam-macam vitamin seperti vitamin B12, B2, A, D, dan E, serta mengandung zat besi dan mineral fosfor yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh. Selain itu telur juga merupakan sumber protein yang rendah kalori.<\/p>\n<p>Melihat dari manfaat serta kandungan gizi di dalam telur, maka tak heran jika telur menjadi salah satu makanan yang hampir tiap hari kita temui. Telur dapat diolah menjadi berbagai macam jenis masakan, mulai dari direbus, digoreng dengan aneka metode, di-tim, hingga diolah menjadi aneka masakan lainnya, salah satunya menjadi egg salad.<\/p>\n<p>Egg salad atau salad telur adalah makanan yang sangat mudah dibuat. Selain dimakan sebagai salad, egg salad ini bisa dikombinasikan dengan roti dan sayuran untuk dibuat sandwich atau bisa juga dimakan bersama dengan <em>crackers<\/em>.
