Minum segelas air putih<\/h3>\n<p>Minum segelas air putih setelah bangun tidur akan membantu tubuh agar terhindar dari dehidrasi dan memulihkan fungsi organ tubuh setelah istirahat semalaman. Minum air putih di pagi hari juga membantu mengurangi sembelit lho.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Berjemur dibawah matahari pagi<\/h3>\n<p>Sinar matahari pagi kaya akan vitamin D, bukan hanya bayi yang perlu dijemur, tapi orang dewasa juga membutuhkan sinar matahari pagi. Tidak perlu waktu berjemur yang lama, 10-20 menit saja sudah cukup. Vitamin D berfungsi untuk menjaga kesehatan kulit dan mencegah kulit keriput.
